Since inception in 2010, we have been successfully fulfilling market demands for taps, faucets and bathroom fittings due to the support of our sharp team. - First of all, we create design layout for our bathroom fittings range.
- After design preparation, the casting work takes place by using ingots and honey brass as raw materials.
- We employ VMC machines to develop dies and moulds which are further used for making products of beautiful designs and shapes.
- The next step in production includes machining which includes boring, drilling, and turning and these steps take place with the use of CNC lathe machines and heavy duty imported double spindle machines.
- Post this, brass faucets and other bathroom fittings are taken to electrolytic immersion bath.
- Then all of the developed pieces are assembled and passed through quality tests which includes water flow testing.
- After completion of the casting, machining and electroplating process, our products are assembled for their final use.
